1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ExodusTradeAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ExodusTradeAI provides AI-powered cryptocurrency trading tools, including signal generation, automated bots, and portfolio analytics. The Platform is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• API keys provided to the Platform are encrypted and stored securely. ExodusTradeAI never has withdrawal permission.

5. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. AI-generated signals are not guaranteed to be profitable. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose all of your invested capital.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading.
• You make all trading decisions at your own risk.
• ExodusTradeAI is not a financial advisor or licensed broker.
• The Platform's signals and recommendations are not financial advice.

6. Fees

ExodusTradeAI charges a commission on profitable closed trades only. Commission rates vary by subscription tier. Paper trades incur no commission.

7. Subscription Tiers

• Free: Limited features, $1,000 monthly volume cap, 3 trades/day, $20K paper budget.
• Starter, Pro, Enterprise: Higher limits, additional features. See pricing page.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use the Platform to manipulate markets.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and AI models are the property of ExodusTradeAI. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these ToS or applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExodusTradeAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these ToS. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
